Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a payment confirmation. The payment methods accepted on our platform are governed by third-party processors, and any disputes related to payments must be resolved directly with such providers.
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, full payment deadlines, and other related conditions, will be clearly communicated during the Booking process. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is correct and that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity for Users regarding changes to their reservations. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact methods provided on our website or through the booking management section of your account. The specific conditions for cancellations, including any fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to individual hotel policies.
